We collect the information you submit through the YC Concierge brief and the contact form: name, email, destination, dates, party size, indicative budget and any notes you provide. Our servers also log technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

Submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare itineraries and yacht proposals, and follow up about your charter. Technical logs are used to keep the site secure and operational.

We process enquiry data under contract / pre-contract necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell personal data. Submissions are stored with our managed backend provider (cloud database hosted in the EU) and may be processed by the charter brokerage and partner crews strictly to fulfil your request.

Concierge briefs and contact messages are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a contract requires longer retention.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing of your data at any time by writing to privacy@yourcharter.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
