These terms govern the use of yourcharter.it. By browsing the site or submitting a brief you agree to use the service in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

Yacht specifications, daily rates, availability and itineraries are indicative and subject to confirmation. Final terms are set out in the charter agreement (MYBA or equivalent) signed for the specific yacht and dates.

Submitting a YC Concierge brief or contact message is an enquiry. It does not constitute a reservation, an offer or a contract. A booking is binding only once a written charter agreement is countersigned by both parties.

Users may create a personal account to follow their charters, quotes and requests. When creating an account, Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Credentials are personal and confidential: the User is responsible for all activity carried out under their account and must notify the Owner promptly of any suspected unauthorised use. The Owner may suspend accounts used abusively or in breach of these terms. Accounts can be closed at any time by writing to info@yourcharter.it.

All trademarks, photography, text and design on the site belong to Your Charter or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Your Charter acts as a broker between clients and yacht owners / management companies. Onboard services are operated by the yacht's crew under the charter agreement.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tempio Pausania, Italy.
